We are pleased to announce our offering of a Mini Mid-Winter Retreat to help beat the February blahs! This intentional sleepover will be held at the Owl & Otter, a sweet AirBnB in Mineville (about 30 minutes outside the city) that happens to have its own yoga studio attached.

 

Our intimate, crammed full of cozy, retreat (maximum 10 people) will run from Saturday evening til late Sunday morning.

 

On February 8th, we'll gather at 6pm and start off with a delicious home-made supper, then mosey down to the studio for a Yin Yoga practice followed by Nidra & Sound and Full Moon Releasing (yes, there will be some burning of things involved). After class we'll leave some space for you to journal and integrate the evening before heading back to the house for some time to snuggle up by the fireplace before what is sure to be a deep and peaceful night's sleep. Imagine waking up to the quiet of the countryside then rolling into a Yin & Gentle Vinyasa and Sound class to ease you into your day (you can even stay in your pj's!). Your class will followed by a tasty, hearty breakfast before you make your way home.

Cost: $200 per person - includes, Supper, Snacks and Breakfast, Shared accommodations and TWO Yoga and Sound Classes.

If you have a friend you'd like to share a Queen sized bed with, it's $150 per person
