Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique that guides us inward through the 5 layers of our being - Physical, Energetic, Mental & Emotional, Wisdom and Bliss.

Himalyan singing bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. The sounds and vibrations of the bowls take our meditation deeper and, like a beacon, guide us home to our Self.

The two practices combined take us on a journey to Bliss with ease and effortlessness!


Each class begins with some gentle stretches to work out the kinks from the day. You will then lay down with your pillows and blankets for the guided relaxation and meditation of Yoga Nidra accompanied by the soothing tones and vibrations of the Himalayan singing bowls. 

Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga or camp mat, two pillows (a thin one for under your head plus a thicker one for under your knees) and a blanket to stay warm and relaxed. 

This class is suitable for all levels of mobility and no previous yoga experience required.

If laying down is uncomfortable for you, you are welcome to experience this class seated in a chair!
